Talk about a fashion full day! Today was a great day at “Fashion for Passion”. Jen Kluger presented today’s session. Now you must be wondering who is Jen Kluger? Well other than her being a graduate with a business degree in 2003 at University of Western Ontario. This beauty is a jewellery designer, owner and designer of Foxy Originals, but she is not alone. Jen (Left) has a partner who goes by Suzie Orol (Right) creating this line with the belief that jewellery should be fun, bright, and full of excitement. Not only should it be unique but playful and most important affordable! With their fresh unique, shapes, clean lines and colourful enamel designs Foxy Originals have caught the attention of not only fashionable young women but some of your favourite celebrities as well. Celebrities like: Lauren and Lo from MTVs hit “The Hills”, artist Wyclef Jean, the sexy actor Megan Fox from the Hit movie “Transformers”, Singer, actor, Miley Cyrus and artist Nelly Furtado just to list a few. Part 1- Fashion 101: Developing A Line

Hello to my fellow followers,

So yesterday as you noticed I did not blog about anything. Well, it’s not because I had nothing to write about; because I always have something to talk about when it comes to fashion; but because I had a long, long, long but awesome day. What made it so awesome you may ask? Well yesterday, I attended to my first Passion for Fashion session thanks to Toronto Fashion Incubator and YES for creating such an amazing opportunity. Must I add it was great! I got a chance to meet with our own designer, and stylist Kendra Francis. Yes, I said it people, miss independent herself. She was doing a presentation about the ins and outs of creating your own line. it was great! I also got the chance to meet the high energy Gail Mcinnes, another independent woman of our own who has been in the fashion industry for decades; managing editor of Toronto Fashion incubators news and publicity and event management company.

After that great session, off I go to pick up the love of my life, other than fashion, my son to go home. So while riding the Metro guess what happens? The train ended up stopping and letting people off at Dundas West Station because of an injury that happened at Runnymede station. Therefore, I got stuck there for an entire hour talk about crown, heat and irritation. What made it worst trains kept coming and the platform was packed to the point you could not even move. (Sorry guys wish I took a picture.) It reminds me of what Caribanna is like but inside the train station with no music and people trying to make it home (LOL!) So yeah, after that crazy, long wait I finally got to pick up my son from his Nana, and got home and fell asleep like a baby and finally waking up at 1:00AM. Jumping out my bed needing to update and write about fashion of course.
